I looked at it to locate backup bios couldnt find it myself

Always wait at least an hour for a battery clear.
See my post under the image of your board if that does not work. Looking at the image I posted the BIOS selection jumper is next to the CMOS clear jumper.

something strange happening, I have put the battery back in and plugged everything back started the power: everything lights up for about 4 seconds, shuts itself off, turns everything on again, about 3 secs loads, shuts off again, all doing it by itself, so i turned it off.. god, what is going on?

No that is fine, that is the board power cycling, turn it on and let it do it's thing. It retrains the memory and a number of other safety checks before it will post. It should only do that the once (if left to complete).

oh man i was worried and turned it off in the middle of it !!! I m such an Amateur, It looked like the thing was giving its last breath
Should I restart? should i do the whole reset again??

Just power on again, if it is retraining then the BIOS should be cleared. If that does not work still then we need to recover the BIOS from the backup.
