Hi, I have a Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming i7 MB and the problem is that using the M.2-1 connection my 850 is not recognised in the bios. If I move it to any other m.2 slot then it's recognised and the system boots in to Windows.
I have reset the bios,(ver 2.0) used defaults and even removed the cmos batt. There are no other devices connected to the sata ports. Anyone come across this behaviour. Also switched from A-B bios. Pete. Edited by no1yak - 26 Dec 2016 at 5:53pm |

Thanks for the reply but, like I said in my post , this happens with on other devices connected to any of the Sata ports. Just using the 850 in the M.2-1 port.
