This only reinforces my belief that it an ethernet cable that connects one of your three devices. Either between the two ARRIS devices or there to the computer.

So the tech guy from the cable company came out today.
Seems it was a CHEAP cat5 cable the installer used.
I had switched it out with another cheap one from another installer.
A good cat 5 e cable changed things from about 90 mbs to 360 mbs.
Happy guy here.

I this where I get to say "Told ya so" TongueWinkLOL

I've tried everything you suggested, reset all, different cables, different ports and get same results. Tried 2 desktops and 2 laptops, all with the same results.
Time to go after my ISP.
Once again, thank you for your time.

This only reinforces my belief that it an ethernet cable that connects one of your three devices. Either between the two ARRIS devices or there to the computer.

Move your computer as cose to the next/nearest ARRIS, and using one of the short cables ARRIS includes see if this can be duplicate? If not, then skip over that particular ARRIS and using the same ARRIS included cable test there. Somewhere, IMO, you have a bad cacle that is limiting connection speed. Are all cables being used decent CAT5 or better

DO NOT change it away from Auto-Negotiate.

Only in mixed speed large environments would the need to change that be even considered.

Power every thing network related down, then beginning at the device that connects with the coax coming from outside in, power one at a time up letting it come up to full operation status, then move to the next device after the first and do things the same way. Then lastly your computer.

Check/swap/replace that ethernet cable is what I'd be doing here, next.
