I tried it with cpu running at stock and at 3900 and still it didnt work (reset bios every failure). The difference here is my ram is different from yours and I set voltage on mine to 1.35V. Still it did not work.

Up to date the only thing I was able to overclock on this board is to get my 1700x to run at 3900 and its becaues of the latest bios.

Teckie, take and post a screenshot same as below from HWiNFO. Let's have a look at those if you would please. Look in one of the two "Memory" at the left of the screen for this.
