I am not aware of any code or text on the mother board box that will indicate if a Kaby Lake processor compatible UEFI/BIOS version has been installed in the board at the factory.
As clubfoot said, the only way I'm aware of is to check the sticker on the UEFI/BIOS chip on the board. You would need at least a version 7.10 firmware in the board for Kaby Lake support, as shown in this board's CPU support list: http://asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-HDV/?cat=CPU It would be great if a sticker was put on the box indicating Kaby Lake support for any of the Intel 100 series chipset boards, but I have never seen that. |

I would say no. You would have to look at the sticker on the BIOS chip to know what it comes with.
