My system radomly crash when playing games, updating driver still no help.

Here is my system configuration: CPU:1600, VGA: Sapphire RX 480 8GB,PCIe, ODD: Samsung Evo 250 GB, OS: Win10 64-bit, BIOS: P2.40

I have checked the Memory QVL Support in www.asrock.com for Motherboard Asrock x370 Gaming K4, and find its support the Memory Corsair - CMK16GX4M4A2666C16.

Reset your BIOS
Test your system. MemTest86 or Prime95.

Check your event log in Windows (Application and System Log), filter for errors and critical events. Maybe there´s a hint to what component/driver/whatever is causing the issue.

Dear julyana,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Blue screen problem may relate to whole system configuration.
So, we would provide below suggestion to help you verify:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup then press[F9] to load BIOS default setting to verify.

2. Please use Instant Flash to update BIOS to the latest P2.50 version to try:
Here's the download link of BIOS P2.50:
Here's the SOP of Instant Flash:

3. Only install the basic device: CPU, one stick memory, system disk, VGA card to verify if system is stably.

4. If possible, please re-install the OS to verify.

5. If possible, please install another CPU/memory module / VGA card / PSU to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
