Will this memory work at its highest frequency - G.Skill Ripjaws V (2x16) 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, F4-3200C16D-32GVK
on these motherboards - Fatal1ty X370 Gaming-ITX/ac or Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Asrock would confirm this. Thanks

A Ryzen mother board is not the main determining factor regarding whether or not a specific memory model will work at a rated speed. That is determined by the Ryzen memory controller in the CPU, and the compatibility of the memory with Ryzen's memory requirements, and the AMD AGESA microcode in the board's UEFI/BIOS version. But to answer your question, no it won't. G.SKILL Ripjaws V has poor compatibility with Ryzen systems in general, and 32GB at 3200 will not be possible.
