AB350 Pro4 video card is not displayed |

Hi.The system has a video cards (GTX1060) on PCIE4. When connecting wd black ssd nvme M.2. Windows 10 64-bit does not display one video card.

The second Pci-e slot is disabled if you have a NVME drive installed.

Dear leeshongchi, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Because of the H/W design and PCIe lanes allocation, if M2_1 is occupied, PCIE4 will be disabled. Please refer to the Specification from the link below, (Storage) With regard to this case, we would suggest installing the VGA card to PCIe2 slot and then verify if it could display properly with M2_1 occupied. In other words, please only install one VGA card to the PCIe2 and your NVMe SSD to M2_1 slot to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
