chubalz, your memory is not on the qualified list but still may run. Hopefully the memory experts will comment soon. I would open the BIOS and hit F9 (Load UEFI Defaults) and see if you problem goes away. You can save your profile first. Please post your CPU-Z results. Enjoy, john.

chubalz, please post details of your build as in my signature. I suspect your memory/OC is the problem. I suspect the delay is caused by the Advanced Training during POST. You can disable this but I don't know the consequences. I suspect (too much probably) it is down grading your memory timings to get a successful boot. Please run CPU-Z and compare the memory settings to what you think you set. After you post your specifications, I think some memory tuners will help you. Enjoy, John.

Hi i need to know what is the cause of delay or not booting sometimes for about 5-10 secs it will restart 1 or 2 times then the asrock post will appear and its ok so on. I just overclock r5 1600 3.6ghz 1.3volts and ram 2666mhz the temp is fine idle about 35c while gaming 55c on stock cooler. I have the latest bios 3.20.
But its running in windows fine. Edited by chubalz - 28 Sep 2017 at 11:04pm |
