When I turn the PSU on, motherboard lights turn on.
However when I press the power button, it turns on for less than a second and then turns off (no beep).
Already double checked, removed and placed everything again, but got the same behavior.
If I remove the 8-pin CPU power cable, then it turns on and stay on, but with the expected error code (Dr Debug) 00.
Found a lot of possible causes searching online, but couldn't find a solution...

One thing that I tried was to remove everything, and keep just the case, PSU, mobo and CPU, both with or without the cooler.
Would it boot (or give a different error) without the CPU cooler?

My configuration:
MOBO: ASRock X299 Taichi
Processor: Intel Core I9 7920
Case: CoolerMaster MasterCase Pro 5
PSU: Corsair HX750
Cooler: CoolerMaster MasterLiquid Pro 120

I just wanted to say this is my exact problem to a T. I have no idea how to solve this one. Have you had any luck since you posted?
Regards,
