Dear BigRoberto,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding you case, please set the AURA RGB LED disable, save the configuration and reboot the system. After system boot up, enable the AURA RGB LED and check if all the RGB LED on the motherboard is on.

If still not work, please try to install the ASRock RGB LED utility under Windows, it will flash the RGB LED firmware.

About the red LED, its BIOS selection LED, will show which BIOS ROM is using right now.

This LED cannot be close, please understand it.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD

Thanks, installing ASRock RGB LED in Windows fixed the problem. Smile

I have just setup my  Asrock z270 Extreme4 and noticed tha the LED where it says "Purity Sound 4" does not light up, the other lights work fine. Also the red LED is always on, is there a way to switch it off?

Regards Rob
