Thanks, installing ASRock RGB LED in Windows fixed the problem.

Thank you for choosing ASRock.
Regarding you case, please set the AURA RGB LED disable,
save the configuration and reboot the system. After system boot up, enable the
AURA RGB LED and check if all the RGB LED on the motherboard is on. If still not work, please try to install the
ASRock RGB LED utility under Windows, it will flash the RGB LED firmware. Download link: http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Utility/Others/RGBLED(v1.0.29).zip About the red LED, its BIOS selection LED, will
show which BIOS ROM is using right now. This LED cannot be close, please understand it.
