New system build
Reused: Case PSU Drives (Samsung SSD, Crucial SSD, 2x2TB WD SE drives in RAID 1, and 10 TB HGST) New Stuff: Intel Core i5-8600K ASRock Z370M Pro4 Team T-Force DARK 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2666 - TDGED416G2666HC15BDC01 Noctua NH-U9S EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC System seems to be running fine except when I select shutdown it doesn't. The screen shuts down and seems like it's going into sleep mode but does respond to mouse, key board, quick press of the power switch. I would look at power setting, sleep settings, etc. but.... It does something similar during the Windows install and installing updates (windows or device drivers). It goes to reboot and stops even on the first reboot during the windows 10 64bit install. If I press the power button to hard shut down and then start it up again it reacts as if it completed a normal install / update reboot I've tried a bunch of the power settings and turning hibernate off but since it starts at the windows install I can't really see how that should make a difference. I've played around in the UEFI and reset it. Any Ideas? |

Thanks to AsRock Tech support. Clear CMOS did the trick.
