As for reading vCore from Ryzen Master- well that is whatever the the highest VID is of the 8 cores.  HWInfo64 reports the core VIDs and they follow the Ryzen Master pretty well but RM shows one value, and there are 8 cores.

This is a damn mine field!

Anyone know how to safely measure the voltage with a DMM?  TaiChi has no special easy measuring points like Asus ProbeIt.
