Just finish building this pc, but it wont post. The video card turns on, the radiator turns on, but no fans turn on (other than the video cards). Dr Debug goes through a few numbers then eventually stops on 65 the chipset initialization error. I have tried booting with a ram stick in A2, two sticks in A2 B2, and 4 sticks A2 B2 C2 D2 all with the same result.

testUser001, here is a link to the debug codes:  http://forum.hwbot.org/showthread.php?t=16017
65 - CPU DXE initialization (CPU module specific)
I would suggest you carefully check your CPU installation.  Make sure the 4-pin and the 8-pin CPU power connectors are connected properly (not rotated) and that the connectors are CPU and not PCIe.  It is hard to make much further guesses with so little information.  Please post all your specifications in your signature as I have including BIOS version.  If you can boot into BIOS, please hit F9 then F10.  Enjoy, John.

I solved the issue already, it was my cpu fan pin connector not being pushed in all the way.
