Hi Everyone. I was just submitting my rebate for a K6 Gaming Z370 board and after i printed the rebate i found out i entered the wrong newegg invoice #. When i went back and tried to enter the correct on i got the following error:
Sorry, you are not qualify submit the claim, limit one rebate per person, per household for same model in same promotion period. Please click here to go back. I did send an email to rebate@asrockamerica.com but i don't know how good they are getting back to you. Is there anything else i can do? thanks...

I have the same problem. I bought a ryzen 5 1600 combo deal from newegg and the cpu came bundled with a game code. For some reason they sent that as a separate invoice and i didn't realize this. I put the invoice number for the game code on my rebate form. If i try to resubmit the form i get "your serial number has already been registered". I also emailed them and haven't received a response. If i cant get an answer from anyone i will just print off both invoices when i mail it in, and leave a note explaining what happened.
