False Jack Detection

Hello, i just build a new computer with an asRock motherboard and exvery things is working perfectly except the jacks, i already intstaled the drivers but when i go into the realtek app, it says me that both of my front jack are connected but anything is plugged in thosejacks, so i tried unpluging my case audio cable but even if nothing is plugged realtek says me that my front jacks are plugged :/
here's my configuration:

motherboard: asrock a320m-dgs
cpu: amd ryzen 3 1300x
gpu: zotac gtx1050
ram: 2x4go drr4 2400MHz
case: advance jet

can someon please help me ?

well... check your bios if it has same setting for your your front panel (either hd or ac97 depends on what your case have, its different pinout and connectors arent interchangeable)

Hello i checked in the bios and i set the config to HD audio now, it doesn't tell me that my front jack are connected anymore but the jacks taht are in the mobo aren't still working any idea ?

Try uninstalling all you audio drivers and use the default ones.

welll u may have faulty fron panel...try to disconnect it from mobo and see if that helps

You can always try with another OS.

I tried on Ubuntu but it's still not working I think that comes from the onboard audio card
