No, that's at 5%. I tried 0% also, but it didn't change anything.

Also, the energy report tells me that no selective power saving doesn't work for any of the USB ports.
I must admit that they do turn off, but then some of them won't turn on again anymore (I have to re-plug my stuff to get them workingm, quite annoying).

make sure that in advanced power settings, minimum processor state is not at 100%. Sometimes windows changes this value to 100% because f**k logic.

No, balanced usually. Even with no load on the CPU, I don't see any lower c-states-

I'm having trouble with the c-states on this board, using a 8700k and the current 1.40 bios release.

No matter how I set up the energy saving options in bios, "auto" or "enabled", the CPU won't enter any of the lower c-states. C3-C7 definitely don't work so far.
I can see clockrate changes, voltage changes, but the parts of the CPU never turn off.

I tried installing the current Management Engine, didn't help either. Windows 10 is the most current version also.

Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks!
