quick followup - on the driver notes it says
"AMD has noted a potential system crash while running certain OpenCL applications like Linpack-DGEMM & Indigo benchmark. AMD is currently testing a solution to this issue and an updated driver will be released very shortly. Please visit amd.com for updates."
Hopefully this occurs quickly rule out a driver issue

Well should i stick with this build .... or ditch the APU and return it and get a different CPU and a dedicated GPU
I love this build, when it works well its great for the price point , but the BSODs are killing me right now
Anybody have a sense when an upgraded driver might come up to rule out the driver

@max01, @CoreySmith1200 Some applications that probe hardware seem to cause crashes with these new APUs. For example, TechPowerUp GPU-Z would cause an instant crash on launch but this has been fixed with version 2.8.0. So, yes, it looks as though there are issues that are being worked out.

I am also on the mini ITX B350 with 2400g and get the same VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE a lot. I have tried everything everywhere, windows newest version for fresh install, driver orders, down clocking, disabling features, etc. I cannot find anyway to fix it for sure but down clocking my ram seemed to help reduce the frequency of occurrence little bit (from stock 3200 to 2800 on the ram) (I am Memtesting ram rn btw to check). I also disabled CPU SMT as it helps for games ALOT but that may be unrelated to your problem.

I also get a lot of stuttering ever 5-15 seconds on most games seemingly randomly, an example being Rust.

Specs:
ASRock fatality mini ITX b350
2400g
corsair vengeance 2x8gb 3200 Mhz (this ram is on supported raven ridge list for this mobo)

I had to temp the fates, After moving the computer to its home location away from the router I just had another BCD_Watchdog BSOD from another small download. It almost looks like the driver is crashing if it drops enough packets, and takes everything with it.

I'm hoping someone can help me
i put together a rig with a Asrock b350 mitx and a ryzen 2400g
i clean installed Windows 10 1709
I have a recurring BSOD specifically stating VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE and specially atikmpag.sys

Ive tried alot of the things people have suggested. Most recently I cleaned out drivers using the AMD un-installer, then installed the Ryzen CPU drivers first and then installed the Raedon video drivers. Constant issue still occurring . Whats funny , it seems like a specific function is doing it, for example , when i use the CleanMyPC programs, it will ALWAYS BSOD while scanning my computer. Any suggestions, tips tricks, anything i've missed. Do you all think this is a simple driver issue that might get corrected soon because im about to give up. Thanks for the help

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is exactly what's happening to me on the AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac with a 2400G, BIOS 4.43. It's as you describe while downloading using the wireless will freeze and / or throw the DPC_Watchdog_Violation errorr Curious to know if you figured anything out yet.
