X299E-ITX/ac, Intel i9-7980, Windows 10 64 bit.

WiFi (all radio, I think) won't start after a "cold" boot unless I start it manually. It won't start automatically. That means I need to have a wired keyboard attached to start the ASROck WiFi Connector Utility. My Bluetooth mouse and keyboard will not connect until the radio starts.

WiFi (radio) won't work unless I use the ASRock utility.

Is there a way to default the radio (Connector Utility, whatever) to ON when booted up?

Starts, as it's in the system tray on boot. But state of WiFi is OFF. I have to manually turn it ON. I'd like on boot that it defaults to ON.

Carlsbad, NM to be more specific. The southeast part of the state. Although I'm working a contract project in SC for a while.

All I'm trying to do is have the radio (WiFi/ Bluetooth) default to being turned ON at bootup ("cold" bootup, from complete power off). Once it is turned on, it seems to autoconnect fine.
