I have just built a Ryzen 3 2200G + AB350 board. During install windows, the iGPU have been working, but after windows installation and install every updated driver, windows device manager show Vega 8 with a yellow ! with error 43.

I had updated to firmware 4.43, with latest AMD chipset driver and display driver. I had a 1060 so I can still use everything, just wonder what happened to the APU and would like to fix it.

Install the chipset driver first, and then the display driver.

I had this issue and realized that my Windows 10 install was outdated. I created a new one with Windows Media Creator and made a fresh install of version 1709 and it worked like a charm. I followed the advise elsewhere on this forum and installed the chipset drivers before the APU/graphics drivers, FWIW.

Best of luck.

Hello,

Which Chipset Drivers did you use?

I obtained the chipset drivers direct from AMD. I posted the link I used here. It was noted elsewhere on this forum that the chipset drivers may overwrite the GPU driver files if installed in the wrong order. I decided not to take the chance and followed that advise. YMMV!

siuying, I am not sure the driver install order makes a difference, just make SURE to get your drivers here: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download
W10.1709.16299.248 use winver in Run dialog.
Enjoy, John.

Update: ASRock support suggested i set the primary video adapter to iGPU (Advanced > AMD PBS ) then Vega worked as expected.

I'm running into the same exact problem.
I have the samre exact motherboard and CPU.
Latest Windows10 fresh install with all updates. Latest 5.00 BIOS. Latest AMD drivers.
Code 43 that I still cant get rid of. Same issue over and over.

I was able to get the APU working by following some of the directions above.
I removed all AMD drivers, rebooted to BIOS. Set iGPU to forced and set internal to primary. Connected HDMI cable to internal HDMI port. Booted to Windows, installed Chipset drivers, then installed Graphics drivers. All was fine, but I cant find a way to switch back to by graphics card and still have the internal graphics show up without the code43, let alone do any kind of hybrid graphics or use internal graphics for low intensity tasks and switch to GPU for gaming.
