Not two displays. Two graphics output devices. That error he is continually receiving? How do you relate that to memory? The same error? Over and over?

Th error they are seeing is in it recognizing an incorrect graphic output device. And halting

It matters not to me at this point. I'm backing out of here and letting you continue assisting them as you ask them to choose.

I had a similar issue with my 1600x. It just hung the system, no display turning on or other reaction when error occured. Some crashfreezes when idle overnight. Poor overclocks and high voltages. I then installed linux and tested for segfault = positive. I RMAd and now my cpu runs perfect!

Why do so many think there is a conflict with two displays?  wardog is this what you are asking for and why?
What the heck does this mean?

I think what better be looked at is the crashes and the memory.
Aklc, are you getting BSODs and if so please compress the minidump folder and upload it.  If not, please put only one stick of memory in the A1 slot and see how your system runs.  Then try A2, etc.  Repeat with the other stick alone.  Having drivers for a video card not installed should have NO consequences.  If this is getting too complicated for you, YOU decide who you want to listen to and tell us.    I suggest datonyb.  Enjoy, John.

EDIT:  What Intel driver?

Zwu, as far as I know we have never seen the segfault error here on a Windows system, only Linux.  Enjoy, John.

No, there isn't. Several people have told you that the problem is that you have installed the driver for the wrong brand of graphics card. If you follow wardog's advice you will be able to remove it. Then you can install the correct one.

Grab a screenshot of the "Display adapter" tab expanded in Device Manager and post here.

Is this a hdd that was transferred from another machine that had Windows already installed? Yes, I see you wrote you have done a fresh install, but please answer truthfully here.

Have you changed graphics cards or recently upped to this 1600X from say an A Series APU?

....

Go to the below, DL it, install it, and run it. Selecting All graphic drivers it discovers. Reboot and install the latest driver for the 1050ti

I ask that/those questions as the error you are receiving is saying there is another graphics card/APU in or on your system now.

Which can't be possible. Right? Fresh OS install and everything.............
