The AMD installer is designed to support GCN graphics cards. The following graphics devices are not based on the GCN architecture:

AMD Radeon ??R5 235X AMD Radeon ??HD 8350 Series
AMD Radeon ??R5 235 AMD Radeon ??HD 8000 (D / G variants)
AMD Radeon ??R5 230 AMD Radeon ??HD Series 7600 and earlier
AMD Radeon ??R5 220 AMD Radeon ??HD 6000 Series
AMD Radeon ??HD 8470 AMD Radeon ??HD 5000 Series

Solution

The products listed above have been moved to an existing support model and no additional versions are planned for the drivers.

The latest beta driver for these products is AMD Radeon Crimson Software Edition 16.2.1 and the latest WHQL driver is AMD Catalyst Software Suite 15.7.1. Both driver versions for the supported operating systems can be downloaded via the links below:
