well as i can see u are getting event id 56 right up when u start windows (as it can be seen in you pictures)
so id suggest to install new windows (doesnt take much time) once clean windows installed, reboot
then check your event logs if that event id 56 still persists
if its gone then install one driver at a time (with reboot after) and check again event logs

as far as i can see, something software related is broken in your windows and migration cant fix your problem

Thanks for the advice.  I really do appriciate it.  Ok i am finally doing the fresh install.  Took me forever to figure out how to get the new iso file on a fat32 device.  The file is bigger then fat32 allows.  Rufus eneded up updating and allowing me to put it on a fat32 usb.

I am starting with the all in one driver zip file for the asrock x399 mobo.  Is that the compleate mobo driver set?  hopefully all goes well.

Edit spelling

It is not that at all. I only ask because I was wondering if it was truly all in one. The first time I only did that driver pack. This time I did it and all the others listed below just in case it was not all of the driver's. So far so good on the windows fresh install. I also noticed while I was trying to put the windows.iso on a flash drive that I had a Trojan virus that windows kept shutting down and was not the miner. That could have been a large part of the problem.

ok made it about 9 hours and crashed again.  this time the dump files did save.  looks like a driver or maybe window deffender is causing it???? i just reinstalled all the newest drivers again.  I will post some picks from whocrashed and event log.  I would greatly appriciate it if you could help me figure it out from those.  Thanks again.

My advice? Roll back to the previus release. Many MANY are reporting 391.01 and the HotFix are garbage.

ok did that.  I rolled it back to the 390.77 drivers.  It made it a little longer, about a day and a half.  Then it crashed.  It gave similar errors to the last crash but a little different and a little more.  I took screen shot again.  sorry if it is a lot.  Should I roll it back more?  Is it a windows thing, should I try there support?
Not sure what to do again.  Thanks for any help.

The Kernel Power 41 faced by users due to driver issues especially the sound driver issues. So here it is recommended to check for the device driver and update the old corrupted sound card driver as well the other device driver.

However many users have confirmed that turning off the fast startup also fix Kernel Power 41 error for many users so try it once.

Follow the steps to do so:

  • Open Power Options > click on Choose what the power button does.
  • Next click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
  • And scroll down to the Shutdown settings section.
  • Find Turn on fast startup (recommended) > uncheck
  • And click Save changes.
