I think they missed the 2700X on the ITX boards when they updated the pages, because I checked yesterday all other X370 boards and they had the 2700X listed :))
I updated the thread title and first post to reflect the added support

Have a nice day all

should improve a lot of different aspects all round

the early reviews seem to place no difference on b350/x370 boards to the newer x470 with the 2700x performance seems on par

what does come up a lot is the cpu needs very very good cooling and just leave it stock and it boosts itself very very well

What ASRock need to do now is clearly state that Pinnacle Ridge is supported, bacause if you go tru the list of their B350/X370 boards the main product page does not state that Pinnacle Ridge is supported, it only states:
  • Supports AMD Socket AM4 A-Series APUs (Bristol Ridge) and Ryzen Series CPUs (Summit Ridge & Raven Ridge)

The X470 products page states:

  • Supports AMD AM4 Socket Ryzen Series CPUs (Summit Ridge, Raven Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge)

X370 is missing the Pinnacle Ridge writing and X470 is missing Bristol Ridge

Its a little funny tho, but things like this can hurt sales, because people check the main product page mostly and only after that they look on the detailed CPU support page of the respective motherboard in search for a certain CPU.
If the main product page does not list the CPU family they just close the TAB/Window and search for another motherboard, they will not go and search for the detailed CPU support list.

Can someone message them to add Bristol Ridge to X470 and Pinnacle Ridge for the B350/X370 boards on the main product pages for the respective motherboards?
Maybe Xaltar if you can PM one of the ASRock guys?
I know its nothing technical just the marketing, but as I said it could hurt sales, so why not get it done right :)
Cheers
