There was nothing more to discuss about the X470, OP sent the board back and will change it for an Asus, with the current UEFI situation if I could I would do the same, but my 30 day return period expired because I was waiting for the promised fixes.. I am still waiting for them..
I took the opportunity to write here because maybe you can talk to the guys who build these UEFI's to add the options mentioned above on the Fatal1ty ITX boards. No use in creating another thread because its the same issue: Missing Features Cheers

I know we are in the X470 thread, but LCC and GPU OC option in OC Tweaker with normal input for voltage should be added in all AM4 UEFI's people should not need to calculate the HEX value for the GPU and then hope the voltage is correct because the UEFI is lacking the SoC and GPU voltage monitoring (yes for APU's, GPU voltage monitoring should be added because the GPU/SoC voltages can be set separately and the GPU voltage can be higher than the SoC voltage but not the other way around), these 3 thing should be present in all AM4 UEFI's, the OP is talking about the missing LLC option, that also is a feature that should be present in all UEFI's.
For example even a Biostar X370 GTN ITX has these options present, and the board costs half the price of the X470 ITX/ac or X370 ITX/ac  Here is a screenshot of the Hardware monitor page with the latest 4.53 Beta UEFI for the X370 ITX/ac (the one which breaks all USB 3.0 ports on the back of the motherboard) not even gonna talk about that situation..... As you can see its lacking all voltage monitoring except for CPU, lacking SoC,GPU,DRAM,Chipset, PLL 1.8V.... BTW that background image from the Fatal1ty X470 is nice looking, better than the current one in X370 :)) Anyway I took the oportunity to highlight these because we B350 ITX/ac and X370 ITX/ac users should get these voltage monitoring features too, the ITX X370 costs more than the X470 K4... We are here in the X470 thread Personally, I have no problems setting SoC Voltage to AMD CBS Settings (NBIO) with Hex.  |

I do hope they fix the UEFI bugs in the ITX variants for B350/X370 almost two months passed and no fixes, even if the boards are top quality (which they are) a buggy UEFI and missing feature can ruin the overall experience, If they indeed add "GPU and SoC voltage monitoring for the ITX X370/B350 then it will be ok to reccomend it over and Asus ITX but for the moment no chance.

According to the BIOS department, SoC and GPU overclocking will soon be possible in the BIOS "ASRock Settings" Currently only in the BIOS under "AMD CBS Settings". ASRock X470 are TOP Regards, JZ |

You wont be dissapointed with any AM4 Asus board, much nicer UEFI and functional at least.

You have definitely talked me into RMA my board. Guess im going with Asus. Its a shame that the brand Asrock i have trusted over my last 3 boards is a marketing gimmick.
