I have 7 fans and need to know if I can use a 3 way splitter on each chas_fan header.

These are the fans I am using: Corsair LL120 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181132&cm_re=rgb_fan-_-35-181-132-_-Product

The spec sheet says each fan has a power draw of 0.3A.

Will it work fine or is there a chance of damaging the board?  Also what is the maximum power a chassis header can output?

If my understanding is correct, each header is capable of 1amp, So if you're running 3 at .3, you should be good. I know I've run 2 on a single header, never 3 though.

Anyone else care to confirm?

As Erasmus_Tycho pointed out, each fan header can supply 1A of current, so as long as your total current draw of all three fans is 1A or lower then you will be fine.

I'm currently running six fans on my radiator using a three way splitter on both the CPU_OPT/W_PUMP and CHA_FAN1 headers. My current draw for each fan is 0.3A, the same as the draw of the fans you're using.

It's also worth noting that the two headers that allow water pump control will allow up to 1.5A of current each. So if you have three fans on a splitter that require more than 1A and up to 1.5A, use the CPU_OPT/W_PUMP and/or CHA_FAN3/W_PUMP headers.
