It was working perfectly for AB350 Gaming K4, then I installed the app on Windows10, which on start updated the firmware of RGB LED.
After that, it is stuck at blueish white, and can't change it. Please help! |

Dear Ultramarinos, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. We provide some suggestions for verifying the RGB function: 1. Please refer to user manual page 25 to clear CMOS. 2. Please un-install the RGB LED utility under OS environment and re-install it to verify. 3. Please re-install the RGB LED strip to verify. 4. Under OS environment, please refer to the steps below to re-flesh LED firmware to verify: a. Open CMD as an administrator (type "CMD" in search bar right click & choose "Run as administrator" from the context menu) b. Go to RGB app installation folder by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin\" c. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "wICPFLASH.exe /File=nu51_1.10" - this takes around 15 seconds. 5. If possible, please install other LED strips to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
