Does anyone here work for Asrock? Dual bios issue.

   I submitted a ticket and sent two emails about the problems with this board and never got a reply back, who's doing the tech support? There's not even a phone number to call tech support. It's been well over two months.
I'd like to know how to switch to the backed up bios since there's no bios chip. I have a Z370 Extreme4. 

Btw, the drivers intel gave you guys sucks, the Intel ME drivers for the I7-8700k that are updated on your website reduce mouse responsiveness compared to the previous ones on the cd, the problem is I have an updated bios with the latest Intel ME drivers and can't uninstall that...

My only option is to access the backed up bios and there's no red bios light after updating to the latest bios update in hopes of better performance.
