Sound problems

   Greetings, 
After installing all the necessary win10 drivers for ASrock AB350M Pro4 I cannot get the sound to work using the back or the front audio panel.
I tried install my speakers to another device and they are working correctly.

Please assist me with this matter.

Please enter to the BIOS setup and then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting to verify. 2.
