Hi, I just built this new system running Win 7 32bit. Everything is running fine except the 2- 3.0 USB ports. I loaded the drivers off the dvd and nothing, I have a 3.0 external hard drive and a 3.0 flash drive to test these with. All of the 2.0 ports work
Any help would be appreciated.

So I assume when you connect  your USB 3.0 flash drive and USB 3.0 external hard drive to the USB 3.0 ports, nothing happens at all?

Which USB 3.0 ports are you using the two on the board's IO panel, or the ones from the USB 3.0 header on your board, connected to a PC case?

What do you see in Device Manager for the USB 3.0 ports?

Update,

The rear 3.0 ports do not work with a 2.0 flash drive-no power- nothing

I plug in a 3.0 external drive into the rear 3.0 port and it gets power but is invisible.
Device manager says everything is working fine.

I installed a 3.0 ext. port dual cable from the mother board port and it works fine.

Sorry it took so long. I'm back on the fix now.

Any help is appreciated. Ken
