I have above CPU with air cooling. It runs 4.7GHz no problem on the CPU which I have turned down to 4.6GHz to give stability margin (also cache at x46), but the GPU will not increase beyond 1150MHz, only reduce. I want to try it at 1300MHz. I have tried in UEFI and A-Tuning. UEFI is updated. I can set 1300MHz but when running FurMark and then CPUID HW monitor it only shows 1150MHz or below. Board is Z170 Extreme4. What am I missing? Thanks.

Did you select the gpu frequency manually?

Yes. The only value I can find is in two places in UEFI, on the overclocking page and further down.
Have you been able to do it and know the steps required?

Sorry no, I use dedicated video cards, I found the following article:

I have sent a query to ASRock through the A-tuning program. Hopefully the email sent as it showed busy for a while but then didn't confirm anything on the screen or by email. I don't need a dedicated GPU, just want to get the most out of half of the die area on my 6700K that is dedicated to the Intel graphics which are half decent but could do with a tweak :)

I have the exact same issue. I'm using an i7-5775C on the Z97E-ITX/ac motherboard and I can set the frequency in the BIOS, but it doesn't actually do anything. I can set it to 1250 or 1400 (from 1150) but it just shows as 1150 still when it's in use.
Did you find a reason for this or a solution?
