X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX BIOS keeps resetting

   I found the same problem with my X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3.

After the update of the BIOS from 3.0 to 3.2, I was not able to start Windows 11.

I downgraded the BIOS to the 3.0 version, and after that is appared to my PC the issue of date/time clock of the bios.
Every reboot or cool start of the PC the date/time of the bios clock is resetted to 2017.

I tried to update the bios again to the version 3.1 but without solve the issue.

	I'm experiencing the same problem on X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3. With a PCIE 3.0 riser for GPU, I have to set PCIE Gen 3 manually during every reboot, since bios never remembers my settings. Upgrading bios to the latest version 3.50 did not help.
