I received a confirmation on another new motherboard, exactly the same bug.
This is not physical damage of my board or bios corruption. As you can see for more than six months and there is no firmware fix. Tech support ASROCK just ignore me. |

Yes, there is no official answer.
The best thing to do is not to buy company products in the future, with such an approach to the client it is very sad. |

Asrock technical staff contacted me by mail and kindly provided an update that solved the problem.
I also want to thank the Asrock employee on this forum, who helped me in every possible way in personal correspondence. The topic can be closed. The bug is fixed. |
