Why is my PC booting so slowly?

   My problem has been described in posts: Why is my PC not booting? and Computer boots and restarts but no post.
The difference is after about 10 min., guesstimate on time, my PC boots oh so slowly. This happened this morning when I powered up. 
What I did before the power-down the night before was to remove Lexmark from the registry as Revo missed a part of the install that is aware of photos, etc. and want to print them. Not sure if I should restore the registry.
Any ideas from the community?

Ram running in A-2 n B-2

Samsung 970 Evo Pro 1TB SSD
