I cleaned out the drivers installed by G-Skill using that .bat file from the G-Skill forum post, but still nothing.
After resetting Windows in a last ditch attempt, I have come to realize my motherboard [B650E Steel Legend Wifi] is not listed in the wICPFLASHADSBv2.exe file's .ini file. Could this be what is preventing the Flash from running?

I have the same problem. Were you able to solve it?

Unfortunately not, I have been trying somewhat regularly since then to solve this issue. It definitely seems like a software issue, but I am still not able to flash the RGB chip.

It worked for me.
- In BIOS put the option "LED turn on S5" disable. Save and exist.
- CPU unplug from the wall. It's important, it seems.
- In BIOS "Restore onboard LED default" enable and then disable.
- Try polychrome.
