B550M PRO4 w/ AMD RADEON RX 6700 HDMI issue

   I'm building my first computer and got it working but when I connected the monitor to load the OS the HDMI port isn't working.  The cabel works on my other computer just not on this one.  Does anyone know what may be the issue for the HDMI port not working? I appreciate any advice - this is the first time I do anything with hardware so detailed advice is appreciated.
