Specs:
CPU: Amd Ryzen 1500x Summit Ridge Mobo: Asrock AB350 Pro4 Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2400 C14 - CMK8GX4M2A2400C14 2x4gb GPU: GeForce 1060 gtx 1060 Now I will tell you why I can't decide. The two main reasons are: Reading around the internet tha both my Ryzen (should be gen1?) and my mobo are not that great I never overclocked a memory (mostly because I've got pretty bad cooling and I live in south Italy where it gets really hot in the summer) So now for the important stuff, I'm a broke student, I want to go from 8gb to 16gb, my budget would be around 80??but if it would make a difference, I would go up to 130??but again if I can go for the cheaper I will definitely go for it. The more I read about memories on the internet, the more confuse I get, the harder the choise it becomes. I read about first gen ryzen not going well with Hynix IC and I should go for Samsung's that are on the lower end more expensive and I do want to know if it's true. Also I'm willing to learn how to safely OC or underclocking if needed. My two choises for now are: Cheap options: Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 (70?? HyperX Predator HX424C12PB3K2/16 (84?? "Expensive" option: G.Skill Trident z F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX (122?? (For amd) So knowing this, I'm open to suggestions. Thank you. |
