I have an AB350M PRO4 MB that has been changed out three (3) times (which, from what I have been able to tell, is not unusual). I sent a letter of request to support back on July 11, 2019. I have still not received any response. I need to get this situation fixed once and for all. This has been going on for eight (8) months! This is cost me money. I don't want another same model of MB. Considering this is my 3rd (2nd replacement) I don't want a 4th. I want to change this out for another model. I would just buy another MB but I don't want to be stuck holding this one I have already well overpaid for.
Is there anyone who can help? |

Someone added "#rd" to the title. What does that mean?
Meanwhile, does anyone have a solution? Or know how to talk (as to an actual person) to tech support? |
