Hi,
I have been using the asrock x570 pro 4 board with a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 for a couple of year and am very happy with it. As I am considering upgrading my CPU to a 5700X3D, I've recently updated my BIOS to version 5.50. Everything seems to work fine (with my current/old Ryzen 5 3600) - except that the Windows Shutdown no longer works (i.e., the motherboard does a restart instead of a shutdown). This was not an issue with the old BIOS version (unfortunately I don't know what version I've upgraded from). Everything else is working flawlessly. Any suggestions if this is a BIOS configuration issue? Thank you very much, teq |

Well, I've downgraded again to from BIOS version 5.50 to 3.60 and the problem has disappeared (Windows shutdown works again).
So this obviously seems to be a bug in 5.50. How / where can I report this and hopefully get it fixed? Thank you and best regads, teq |
