Z790M-ITX Motherboards with Z390M Bios

   I have spent hours on multiple occasions since new trying to update these motherboards (I have 4 that operate remotely)

Fat 32 - Check
Correct downloads - Check
Only file on USB - Check
Try multiple USB ports - Check
Try earlier versions of .ROM update files - check

Research indicates I have very old bios (Z390M was apparently an early version of Z790M P4.20 as is dated 7/29/2019)

The current Bios is problematic. It resets whenever the power goes out or it is disconnected from power. I does not recognize USB keyboard on booting. I does only after unplugging and re-plugging.

	The .rom file is not found. I cannot find another way to update these bios

	Internet Bios does not work. It claims it is not connected to the internet. But when Windows11 boots is is connected and green lights confirm ethernet connections prior to Windows boot.
