Short resume:

If you are flashing  BIOS offboard, Bridge Bios is not necessary.

What i did:

Flash v4.51 - no post. (auto power cycle after 30s)
Flash v3.60 - no post. (auto power cycle after 30s)
Flash v4.50 - no post. (auto power cycle after 30s)
Without flash - no post. (auto power cycle after 30s)

w8 a moment ... WTF ... stupid me ... i forgot to install RAM modules.
After installing RAM, system booted flawless.

Conclusion:
If you have access to at least SPI FLASH progrmmer (need support for 1,8V) or Computer Service - go for it, flash the newest version and enjoy.

Best Regards
Willy.

Yours is the first board to have a socketed UEFI chip that I have heard of here.  Enjoy, John.
