Dear Chipette, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter to the BIOS setup and then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting. 2. Under OS environment, please enter Device Manager to check if the Network Adapter is detected and presented. If so, please right click the Network connection icon at the right down corner to "Troubleshoot problems". 3. Please change other Ethernet cables to verify. 4. Please make sure the router which is connected is still functional. 5. Uninstall the LAN driver by right click the Network Adapter under Device Manager then reinstalls the LAN driver to verify. 6. Please try to install the LAN driver by our support CD to verify. 7. If possible, please reinstall OS and verify again. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

This does not work you can not see the Networker adapter in Device manager because it's a driver problem, update the driver will fix this.
