Hi there,
3 years ago I bought motherboard ASROCK Z77 Extreme 4 in the local dealership ('Brain' store, Ukraine).
They gave a 3 years warranty. It was working good for more than two years but once it started to randomly reboot the system, and then once it turned off and never turned on. I brought it to the service center to get a warranty service or get another one. But manager said that motherboard was produced in 2011 and warranty lasts in 3 years from the production moment but not from purchase moment so it's last and they won't give me another one or improve old one. The only thing that they can offer me is refund. But the local currency fell down and it is a great waste of money and I can't afford buing another one thus it costs three times old price. What can I do with this problem? |
