I have an asrock x890e nova your issue could be the same as mine. Power down your motherboard and drain the capacitors by pressing the power button while the psu is off. It will repeat the problem after a could of shutdowns

I'm at my wit's end after days of troubleshooting the completely non-functional Bluetooth with the provided Mediatek RZ717 antenna. I have downloaded every driver on Asrock's site, tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, resetting Bios, unplugging PC from wall, etc. The only solution currently is to use a cheap USB Bluetooth dongle, which works instantly when plugged in, but has severely limited range.

When I unplug the USB dongle it's as if Bluetooth completely disappears from the PC - the slider to turn it on/off disappears from Settings and under "Device Manager" the Bluetooth field vanishes from the menu entirely. I've seen no talk of this issue from anyone else, so I doubt it's a driver or Bios issue. Did I just get a faulty board and/or antenna? Getting close to returning the board if I am unable to find a solution as I use Bluetooth all the time.

I should add that the Wifi works completely fine with said antenna (yes, it's screwed in correctly) and this is a brand new PC build with Win 11. And yes, the on board Bluetooth is enabled in Bios. Any help would be appreciated.
