Windows 7?
You need to follow these instructions: http://www.asrock.com/microsite/win7install/ This is a known issue that comes from the fact that windows 7 has no native USB 3 support. The USB 2 ports on intel 100 series boards (and AM4) and newer operate on a USB 3 controller and so require a USB 3 driver.

Ok, I've been looking in to this. The problem is Windows says it's unable to boot Windows.
So I can't actually get in without repairing the install. Which I can't do with sub peripherals it seems. |

I forgot to mention. I did buy a usb/ps2 adaptor but it didn't appear to work. Which I'm not sure if that's the adaptor or some bios setting.
