Which drivers would be suited for Server 2012 Essentials R2 installation on a Z77 Extreme 4 mother board? Thanks ahead of time happy holidays to all.

I did this exact thing a couple of years ago on my Z77 Extreme6. Migrating away from WHS 2012.
IIRC, you might need to disable your onboard NIC in the BIOS. I then used an HP NC110T, which, again IIRC, WS2012ER2 had drivers for on the OS disc. If in the end you need some hacked drivers, let me know. I've become rather adept. |
