Deskmini 310 Bios 4.4 problem

   Had tried a few times whenever I try turn on the "Decode above 4G" option then there is no video display (I am using HDMI port) after reboot and the only way to solve is clear the bios.

CPU - Intel 8700T
RAM - CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300) Laptop Memory Model CMSX16GX4M2A2666C18
SSD - HP EX920 M.2 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
