My problem is that the AB350M Pro4 board RGB lights are always on (blank breathing mode) even if the EFI or the Windows10 application is disabled.
I have tried to clean the CMOS, reinstall the software and 2 different strips of LEDs but always with the same result.

Dear Laxus,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Uninstall the RGB LED Utility under Control panel>Program and reinstall it to try; I link the RGB LED utility ver.1.0.29 as below:

2. After updating the RGB LED, please follow the steps below to update LED FW:
a. Open CMD as an administrator (type "CMD" in search bar right click & choose "Run as administrator" from the context menu)
b. Go to RGB app installation folder by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin\"
c. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "wICPFLASH.exe /File=nu51_1.18" - this takes around 15 seconds.

3. Try to control the LED strip under BIOS environment to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
