My computer had been working fine for over a year and I wanted to get things running a little cooler, so I tried installing the motherboard utility. It crashed my computer and when it booted back up, it wouldn't connect to the internet.
I ran the troubleshooter, and it says it was unable to find a DHCP. Also, looking at my device manager, the only things listed under Network Adapters are the WAN miniports and a Bluetooth device. I have since uninstalled the motherboard utility, but it has not helped. I'm at a loss what to do, please help! |

I have exactly the same issue reported by ibuildstuff.
Installed Windows 11, running Network with the WiFi adapter everything goes smooth. As I want to update to BIOS 1.70, I installed MotherBoard Utility. Blue Screen, reboot and lost my Internet conection AND WiFi option. Now I just can use network adapter with cable or BT. I also reinstall Win 11 and exactly the same. Please help us as I CAN'T use WiFi anymore... |

Sorry I never posted earlier. I found on another forum that someone turned off and unplugged their pc for an hour or so and it fixed the problem. I did this and left it unplugged overnight, voila it worked the next day. Dumbest thing ever, but hasn't given me grief since.
