Hello!
The following configuration does not start: ASRock Z790 PRO RS WIFI Intel Core i5-13600K ADATA AX5U6000C3016G-DTLABWH memory There are two 8-pin power connectors on the board, but the power supply only has one. The manual says that the second is optional, and you can connect a 4-pin connector to the first one. If I connect an 8-pin or 4-pin + 24-pin, the backlight on the board lights up. When I press the power button, the processor cooler turns on for a second and stops. If I leave only the 24-pin, then when I press the power, the processor cooler starts and nothing happens. Two CPU and DRAM indicators are lit on the board. > red light to indicate whether the CPU, memory, VGA or storage is dysfunctional What could be the problem? Components are not compatible or there is not enough power and you need a 2nd 8-pin power connector? > ATX 12V Power Connectors (8-pin ATX12V1) (see p.6, No. 1) (8-pin ATX12V2) (see p.6, No. 2) This motherboard provides two 8-pin ATX 12V power connectors. To use a 4-pin ATX power supply, please plug it along Pin 1 and Pin 5. *Connecting an ATX 12V 8-pin cable to ATX12V2 is optional. |
